First Pictures
Here are the first pictures of our son. I have no idea what I'm looking at in one and a faint idea in another. Two are pretty obvious. Leda was there (imagine!) and has a better notion of what we're seeing.
From the top, head and face (?!) and torso.
From the left side, arm raised to head.
Facing down, side view from the left. What a little alien!

CONGRATULATIONS. You forgot to mention this the other day at Radio Shack. Funny. You'd think that someone would mention that they are about to be a father instead of talking about their nifty new thermometer!! :) When is Leda due? Are you thinking Brazilian-ish names? How exciting!!

That's what makes me a geek. Thanks for the congrats. Due date is in early November. The name thing is going to be a saga: it has to be both a workable Brazilian and English name. Suggestions appreciated! (Name the baby, win a prize?)

Ricardo. For some reason I could see you with a little Ricardo. He could be Richie...or Ricky. I feel like Reecheee or Reeekiiii would be cute in Portuguese.
I'm naming my new hamster Hamrique. I really like the rique ending...Enrique, Manrique (I met one in Nicaragua), etc.
If all else fails, Hebrew names work in nearly every language...just don't choose something like Zebediah. :)

Congratulations again!!!
How about Marcos for the little one? If Leda is due in November, then you probably found out that she was preganant around March or so. And since is March is named after Mars, the Roman god of fertility, it's kind of appropriate. :)
