Finally finished master bathroom
...except for sealing the grout and caulking and putting the toilet back in and putting up the shower doors and the shower controls and, well, the new vanity top and sink, and....

Inside the walls we do what we like. Outside, including the garage, our front door, the porch, the roof (for satellite dishes, see this), we have to go along the no-bid cronyist contractor b.s., although we're hoping with our not totally bloodless coup this month with the Condo Association Board we may be doing away with some of that. We did get homeowner's insurance to cover our liability before we started doing stuff with a non-zero chance of soaking the roof of the condo below us :-).
