Activity logs are interesting...
I scan my activity log on this blog pretty often because one or more of the "new entry" pings invariably fails and the error message links to it. I was intrigued to notice a site search for "wife" originating from Harvard back in October. Did somebody want to know if I had one? Or just looking for news of our new baby that they might have missed? And several searches in November from a NYC RoadRunner address for the first and last names, separately, of a summer Harvard student of mine. Hmm. Was it this person, checking to see if I had blogged about him/her? I did tell that class that I occasionally blogged about students (not here, but on my academic blog). Someone to whom I had written a recommendation for this student? A classmate? Mysteries abound. Three cheers for DHCP, I guess, to keep such mysteries mysterious.
